The Atlantic Institute is delighted to invite you to another gathering in the Atlantic Institute's Exploring Faiths Series, an educational program that brings people together to learn about different faith traditions through the values they inspire.
The next program, Exploring Buddhist Values and the Path to Mindful Living, will take place on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM, graciously hosted by Red Clay Sangha (3315 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, Chamblee, GA 30341).
They are honored to welcome Gareth Young, Co-Founder of Red Clay Sangha, who will introduce participants to the core values of the Buddhist tradition, including principles of mindfulness and compassion, and guided meditation. Through his presentation, guests will gain insight into how these values and principles shape daily life and contribute to personal well-being and stronger communities. Following the presentation and Q&A session, guests are invited to stay for lunch and meaningful conversation.
At Atlantic Institute, they believe that learning about one another's traditions is one of the most meaningful ways to build understanding, respect, and lasting friendships. By exploring the values that inspire people of different faiths, we create opportunities for genuine dialogue and peaceful coexistence.
Important understandings about the program:
Exploring Faiths is not a debate or an effort to compare religions, but an opportunity to learn directly from members of different faith communities.
The spirit of this program is grounded in curiosity, mutual respect, thoughtful listening, and open dialogue.
People of all faith backgrounds—and those with no religious affiliation—are warmly welcome.
They warmly invite you, your family, friends, and neighbors to join for this enriching afternoon. We hope our time together will deepen understanding, inspire meaningful conversations, and strengthen the bonds that unite our diverse community.
